Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Atlanta, GA
You can talk about dust, debris, and airflow all day, but nothing lands like seeing the inside of a duct before a cleaning and then again after. In Atlanta homes, where humidity mixes with pollen for a good chunk of the year, the difference is rarely subtle. We photograph our work at the register and at the return because we want you to see exactly what we saw. These are the kinds of transformations our crews complete across the city each week.

Return Duct Clogged with Construction Dust in Midtown
Before
AfterThe homeowner had just finished a two-month kitchen remodel and the return vent nearest the construction zone was pulling in drywall dust every single day. When we opened the register, the duct walls looked like they’d been coated in chalk powder half an inch thick. We ran negative-pressure extraction, which means we put the system under suction while agitating the interior walls with rotating brushes, so dust gets pulled out instead of just stirred around. The after photo shows bare galvanized steel again, and the homeowner said the burning-smell-on-startup she’d been noticing stopped that same week.
Pet Hair and Dander Build-Up in a Buckhead Return Chase
Before
AfterThis Buckhead house had three German Shepherds and a return chase that looked like the inside of a vacuum bag. Hair had matted into dense clumps against the duct walls, and the airflow to the upstairs bedrooms was noticeably weak. We removed the hair build-up mechanically, then ran the full negative-pressure extraction through the entire return side of the system. The result was a clear return chase and a noticeable change in how hard the blower had to work. The homeowner told us the upstairs rooms began cooling evenly again.
Lint Bypass in a Dryer Vent in Decatur
Before
AfterThe dryer in this Decatur home was taking two full cycles to dry a single load of towels. When we pulled the vent, the lint trap bypass, which is the interior duct section between the dryer and the wall connection, was packed nearly solid with compacted lint. That’s exactly the kind of blockage that causes dryer fires. We cleared the bypass and the full vent run to the exterior termination point using rotary brushing, then verified airflow at the outside vent. The homeowner called the next day to say a normal cycle finished a load in forty minutes for the first time in over a year.
Decade-Old Dust Caked in a Virginia-Highland Supply Trunk

This Virginia-Highland craftsman had its original ductwork from the 1980s, and the supply trunk had never been professionally cleaned. The interior walls were coated in a gray, wool-like layer of dust mixed with residual fiberglass from degrading duct liner. We ran our Rotobrush system through the entire trunk and branch runs, then followed with Nikro air scrubbing to capture airborne particulates. The after photo shows clean metal with the liner intact underneath. The homeowner said the musty smell that had clung to the house during the summer humidity was gone.
Mold-Residue on a Crawlspace Return in Sandy Springs

The crawlspace under this Sandy Springs home had a moisture problem, and the return duct pulling from that space had developed a layer of dark residue across its interior. The duct itself had also separated at one seam, which meant unconditioned crawlspace air was entering the system. We cleaned the return using negative-pressure extraction, then repaired the separated seam and sealed it with mastic. The after photos show clean ductwork and a tight seam. The homeowner noticed fewer allergy symptoms inside within a few days, which made sense once the return wasn’t pulling damp crawlspace air anymore.
Cigarette Smoke Residue in an East Atlanta Duct System

A new homeowner in East Atlanta bought a house from a long-time smoker and wanted the system cleaned before moving anything in. The duct interiors were coated with a tacky, amber-colored film that had been accumulating for years. This one required more passes than a standard cleaning because the residue was adhering to the metal rather than sitting loose. We ran the full extraction process, then used Abatement Technologies air scrubbers during the cleaning to capture what got kicked up. The after photo shows bare metal at the register, and by move-in day the stale smoke smell had cleared out of the ducts entirely.
